VSX Atlas is an independent service for discovering extensions and exploring public listing information and historical observations. These terms apply when you use the site. You can browse without creating an account.
Data and rankings
The site is provided for informational purposes. We aim to present useful observations, but do not guarantee that information is complete, accurate or current. Source changes, collection delays and missing observations can affect the catalog, rankings and charts.
Marketplace installs and Open VSX downloads are different measures. Rankings and comparisons do not constitute an endorsement or a guarantee of an extension’s quality, compatibility or security. Check the official listing, permissions, license and publisher information before installing or relying on an extension.
Acceptable use
Use the site without disrupting access for others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls or rate limits, or generate traffic that harms the service. We may restrict requests or access to protect its operation.
Third-party content and links
Extension names, descriptions, logos, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not grant additional rights to those materials. Linked websites and extensions are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms, licenses and privacy policies.
VSX Atlas is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft or the Eclipse Foundation.
Availability and changes
Features, data coverage and these terms may change as the project develops. The service may be interrupted or discontinued, and continuous availability is not guaranteed. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. These terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
